• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging/tags

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for:

• The postage cost for sending the exchanged item back out

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
